Exercises

Exercises are the building blocks for creating your workouts. Exercises are single movements like "Pushups" or "Pullups"

You only create exercises once and re-use them in different workouts.

You can add an photo or a short video showing the movement. The video should only be a few seconds showing one movement. In the app, the video be played on repeat for the duration you set.

You'll add the reps and sets to the exercise when you create the workout.
