# Workouts
Workouts are composed of a set of exercises.
You can set the following:
* reps
* sets
* rest times between sets
* rest time after exercise
* group name
### Can I create a workout with just a video?
Yes, on the create new workout page, you can select workout type of full length video and upload one or specify a youtube embed video:
### How can I create a superset?
You can create a group with multiple back to back exercises and specify a rest time of 0.
